“Beautiful property, very clean resort, and a great location, but the stay was ultimately disappointing because of the room temperature. The air conditioning would not cool the room below 25 degrees, which made the room extremely uncomfortable during the day and difficult to sleep in at night. Guests staying at a resort advertised as an upscale experience should reasonably expect to have proper control over the room climate to match the way the property markets and presents itself. “The BATHROOM was horrible..mold or dirt at the bottom corner of the tub,gap with dirt in a few of the tub tiles. The hook ripped out of bathroom door leaving holes in the door, some of the white towels were not white but grimy Grey, the hot water for the tub went very very slow. FLOOR.. carpet had rips in it BEDS..THE ONE NEAR THE WINDOW has lumps and a metal edge to the mattress. The mattress on the right bed is very firm.
