Property is not what the pictures show And is in a alley on 13th floor room is big and clean but no privacy Since yoy can hear everithing on next rooms talk since they are divided by a simple door that say do not open Its clean ovet all and need some maintenace on shiwer and toilet Howevwr oersonell did a good jib to helo.e with information rhat is a plus for employees. But formanagement they need to imorove lots more.

Comfortable Clean Rooms
Our suite had two rooms, each with a double/queen sized bed. The furnishings were in good condition and more than adequate. Bed linens and towels were clean and towels were replaced daily. There was daily complete room service with toiletries, coffee and tea packets, etc. The room had a full-sized refrigerator, a double-burner electric cooktop and a sink. If you want to cook you need to bring pots, pans, plates, etc. since there were none of those and only minimal cutlery. We didn't cook so it wasn't an issue. The only negative was that the shower door didn't close completely which resulted in some water on the bathroom floor. There was plenty of hot water for showers. Wifi worked fine. The price is very reasonable for the level of service and facilities so I definitely recommend it.

The worst experience ever
It is very bad The worst experience ever The room is tiny. The is no place to even pray and it is uncomfortable There is a lot of noise in the floor The staff is not professional. Parking is very hard to find in that place The worst value for money.

The service was excellent, price was awesome, Room was spotless, Apartment actually. It is not located in the Alexotel, about a block away, but quite secure and easy to get to. Lots of room with three bedrooms. It is not a Fairmont, but for the price I have paid triple that and gotten far less, so it was excellent. The photos on the website are reasonably accurate.

Changing rates while same day and searching for higher rates something is disappointing adding that management seems to work on higher prices which make select that hotel is bad option comparing with 4 stars Hotels

The single room is about 8sqm (so you'd need to use all your luggage) but I found it perfect. The staff are very friendly, the room cleaned each day. It is perfect for a solo trip. The hotel is within walking distance to the night markets and the front. Will definitely re-use this hotel if I return to Alexandria. During my fortnight trip around North of Egypt, this was the best place I stayed in.

EXCELLENT HOUSEKEEPING! They kept the room impeccable. , but the RECEPTION STAFF...ALL OF THEM WERE TOTALLY UNRESPONSIVE AND ALMOST RUDE! When we checked out the woman at the desk told us to sit down and wait while they went to check that nothing was missing... like we were some kind of low life. This was a first in my sixty some years of traveling around the globe!
