Clean

This was a last minute booking as we got dinner. The staff was quick. Room was upstairs and soooo hot. The ac was out of the wall. It worked but never cooled. Finally around 1:30am I called the office. They moved us to a different room with a working ac, they had no idea there was an issue in our other room. Very clean. High traffic place but seemed safe enough.

Nice refurbished room.

Lobby locked both on check in & out. Owner functional but really welcoming. Room has clearly been renovated to a nice standard but hotplate cable was no where near a plug. Microwave old & rusty but worked. Other guests over filled the bin outside the room so it ended up all over the floor. Seems they may be resident as playing music & drinking.

We werent met with kindness when checking in. Check in says 2 but they argued that it was 3. We had to wait until 7 pm for towels. Our neighbors were noisy and drunk. The only good thing i can say is the room was immaculant and very nice but we wont be staying there again as the servixe was too poor.

The lady that check me in was not friendly. Never greeted me. I felt rushed during the check in process. Was never greeted during checkout. I will never book this hotel again.

There are bed bugs at this hotel! DO NOT STAY HERE. I let the staff know in the middle of the night that I woke up to bites all over my arm from bed bugs and they did not even apologize service was terrible

Hotel

The room was not clean,smelll bad and the bed was hard as a rock. I was there for 10 min. and turned around and left. The lady there at counter was very nice and helpfull. I told her that I will not sleep there the place is a pig sti and she give me a refund, she understood. I went to a Holiday inn. Will never go back to a Americas Best Inn

The room was lined with dead roaches as if someone purposefully swept them against the walls throughout the room. Mattress and mattress protector had brown stains. The top sheets had massive holes in them. The drawer had someone’s dirty underwear left in them and the mini fridge looked like it was never cleaned. Surprisingly the only clean part of the room was the bathroom, which was spotless.

The room was cold check in around 9 pm then called front disk we have no heat we check it tomorrow . It was working no way . I took the front cover off it has not been cleaned or service in 5 years the way it was rusted had dead bugs and razor blades in it and had a one inches of hair and fuzz built up on it I clean it then had to put a towel over it to make it heat and at 4 am it finally got to 70 degrees in the room .

Horrible Bed Bugs.

I have booked with Hotels.Com before and have NEVER had an experience like this. This establishment needs to be removed from this website. First room has blood stains on the sheets and the bathtub was dirty. Second room had a hole in the ceiling and BED BUGS. It was partially my fault booking here, as I didn't really pay attention cause the name alone of the hotel should have sent off warning bells, but I didn't realize till I arrived. At that point it was already 2am and I had no choice. 4 hours later I was up with 20+ bedbug bites all over me. I brought the actual bugs to the front office and they felt that it was just best to give me a refund on one day and not the whole trip. Then when I asked for the name of the owner they refused to give it to me. That's not going to stop me from calling the health department and code compliance. Horrible customer service, horrible filthy rooms. I hated the whole stay.

The property was ok but definitely not as advertised. My sheets and towels were dingy and stained. The room was clean enough but the lobby was locked and you could not enter. The place was very run down looking
