I booked a stay at the Quality Inn through Expedia, and it was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The moment I walked into the room, I knew I couldn’t stay there. The room had a terrible smell, and the bathtub was in awful condition—completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one I paid for.
Within less than five minutes of seeing the room, I requested a refund. Unfortunately, I’m still waiting for either Expedia or the hotel to process it. This entire experience has been frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend booking this property to anyone. Expedia also needs to do better with handling these situations and ensuring their listed hotels meet a certain standard.
