「Perfect place for small children. The backyard amenities were great. The neighbors were very friendly. The downstairs tenant was barely noticeable. This stay was great. About 25 mins away from Howard University. 」

「We really enjoyed our stay. Host communication was great- both responsive and polite. It was easy to get around the neighborhood with several grocery options nearby and a great biscuit place around the corner. No less than three playscapes and a basketball court within walking distance. We cooked big meals while there and it worked out fine. Even enjoyed a little fire pit time on New Year's Eve. Thanks for a great stay. 」

「It was a decent property, just beat up. Not getting the upkeep necessary for it to be inviting. The property in general was smaller than the pictures on line. I am going to list the gliches we encountered staying there. - the designated parking spot is nice, if you have more than 1 car there is no street parking to be found.- the listing states an ice maker. There is no icemaker or even ice cube trays.- We had a full house and found the 4 cup mini coffee maker to be annoying. We were constantly...

「Three story townhouse sandwiched between others. Only issues with noise at night. There's a park close by that's frequented by lots of families in the evening. Driving into DC was pretty easy, and this home was a great base of operations. Some details in the house were a little shabby, which is understandable as a full-time rental.」
