“Check in was very simple. The neighborhood was safe, quiet, and clean- many families and women out walking day and evening. The house had everything we needed to cook our breakfasts, pack lunches and make dinners. Plus, the appliances were straightforward- easy to operate. “The stay was nice and we enjoyed our time there. The master bedroom suite was spacious and very comfortable. But a few things could have been better. Just before we arrived, we were notified that there was a problem with the stove. The property manager was great with communicating. But we were left with only 2 burners for the week. “House was prefect. Most well-appointed house we have ever rented, and we have rented a lot all over. Everything you need is there. Beds are super comfortable. Kitchen has everything. “We stayed one night In Alexandria and the townhouse was perfect for our needs. It is right off of King Street which made it perfect to walk to the waterfront for dinner and shopping. We had 7 people, mothers and daughters weekend and the multiple bedrooms/ bathrooms worked well for our needs.”

"I stayed with my wife for transiting to Washington airport (DCA). I need the shuttle bus service from hotel to DCA. I asked the staff, lady looks like African American, at/about 9:30am on 4th Dec. if I have to reserve the shuttle. She say , yes, and when I need the shuttle service? I answered about noon. She answered, "no problem". Unfortunately, when we checked out at noon, she say, sorry, no more shuttle before 3:00pm. Finally, we have to take taxi to DCA, and costed me US$30. Poor experience with her."
