“Three story townhouse sandwiched between others. Only issues with noise at night. There's a park close by that's frequented by lots of families in the evening. Driving into DC was pretty easy, and this home was a great base of operations. Some details in the house were a little shabby, which is understandable as a full-time rental.”

“The house was very beautiful. The owner left commonly forgotten supplies in the bathrooms and some snacks in the kitchen. There was business cards and brochures for local businesses and things to do. I recommend staying here again and likely will on another trip to DC.”

“The Potomac was the perfect place to host my family for a holiday gathering. My teens shared the bedroom on the third floor and had their own bathroom. My mom took one of the two suites. And my wife and I had the second master suite. The first floor was large enough to welcome 6 more guests for two days of food, family, and fun. The home was well appointed; the kitchen stocked. We took advantage of the complimentary Netflix subscription and backyard. The hosts even decorated for the holidays!”

“This house was perfect for our group of 7 adults and 2 kids. The location is great - an easy walk to the shops and restaurants on King Street - and it was so easy to get to from the city. The house itself was clean and had everything we could need for our stay, and the host was very kind and responsive. We look forward to staying here again next time we’re in the DC area. ”
