"Hmmm .....not quite what we expected for the price and from description online. Old style hotel, small rooms and even smaller bathroom, thin walls, neighbours on balcony smoking which fills room with smoke. No Aircon so you have to have window open. Attention to detail in room was very poor - light ..."

"Te weinig personeel bij het ontbijt. Fruit bij het ontbijt was slecht. Dit hadden wij thuis in de vuilnisbak gedaan. Parkeren in de parkeergarage vonden de meeste gasten eng omdat de ingang erg smal was. Honden toelaten bij het ontbijt is niet zoals het hoort. Soms hele grote honden."

"Check in was very confusing they should just say, Go to Burg hotel check-in office because in the end that's where we went and the lady there was excellent and got us checked in . I would say that the instructions were more complicated than they needed to be ."
