"Will stay here again. No parking outside the property, but there is a car park which is to pay for. Everything you need in the apartment. Only downside was that there was a rancid smell coming from the kitchen , which made you feel sick. So sprayed perfume all over it. Wasn't enough forks to feed the three of us. Will be back again "

"The chalet was lovely, very clean, comfortable with enclosed decking which was really nice to sit out on in the evening. The owners are dog friendly & they had left a small welcome bag for my staffie with a couple of treats & tennis ball in which i thought was fab. Will definitely be booking again for a longer stay as we only stopped one night. Would definitely recommend this chalet as it is in an ideal location not far from Mablethorpe seafront."

"We have been here a couple of times olredy, and enjoyed the facilities at the flat , To not go wrong we always bring same of our same of our plates cutlery and a large frying pan , so not to rely of the one on the premises as nothings wrong with it, but we prefer ours. Otherwise the flat is presented clean and with heating ( for those winter days) and nice confortable beds . By the way This 2 bedrooms flat is quite big We be back for sure ."

"On arrival the outside was nothing like the photo .The main apartment door looked like it had been attempted to be broke into there was no balcony. There was a large cupboard which had broken locks on also like it had been broken into .
