「Bathrooms were dirty in the corners and walls. Room ac was good but halls and lobby were very hot. Pool had a mildew smell. Check out was 11 am but staff tried to enter a little after 8 am even with a do not disturb sign on the door.」

「Although the room felt clean, the workmanship of it was poor. There were holes in the drywall around the tub, and we had a cockroach come out of there one morning. The paint job was poor, and it looked like there has probably been some water damage from the upstairs room. It wasn't horrible, but since the rest of the parts about this property (staff, cleanliness, cost, amenities, etc.) are very good, this took away from all those.」

「So initially I was very upset about booking this room. The pictures make it look very nice its a 3 star hotel and they call themselves a resort so I was under the impression there would be some luxury. I got to my room and the flooring was all messed up the bathroom specifically was a wreck. Low ceiling with a decent amount of water damage throughout. The nail in the coffin though was the black mold/mold/water damage underneath the sink. I probably would've never noticed my significant other did...

「The Wells Moody is a convenient, drive-up-to-your-door motor lodge with clean comfortable rooms. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. And the location was convenient. We did not go to the beach but it was only .8 mile from the sand, straight down the adjacent road. Expect a nice -- but basic -- no-frills motor lodge and you won't be disappointed.」

「We loved our stay! Room was sleek, modern, and clean with super comfortable beds and a great minimal decor. Shower was gorgeous, but could be tricky for anyone with balance issues to use since it’s tiny with glass doors. Very quiet at night after 10, even close to the street area. Our room had a side view of the ocean, and it was lovely to be so close to the rocky beach. The sandy beach was a 5 minute walk. The heated outdoor pool was beautiful, pristine, and very comfortable temperature....

「The first room had a ciggy smell. The second cabin had sewer/septic issues. It had that acrid smell. Made me sick. Played havoc with my repiratory system. Maybe mold too. No cable tv. Just penurious wifi tv. Blinds were transparent. Window on door had none. Parking area was full of ditches.」

「I was excited stay here and my expectations were were met. It was so cute and beachside. The staff was super friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations. My only one tiny, not even criticism, was that the TV was kind of small in comparison with other lodging, but really it was great. We took advantage of the free bikes and the free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, and the gift shop was also really cute.」

「It is an old Ramada. A little run down but staff was very quick to act when the ac went out. They fixed it right away. The bed was very comfortable and the pool was awesome. I would recommend it.」
