We had a good time.

We had a good time thank you building work is going on across the road. But that should be finished soon. The apartment is all a bit old but we could see all of the pictures before hand. It was the location that we wanted so that was ok. No point in having a fantastic apartment miles away this apartment is right in town.John Paul the agent was fantastic helping us with anything that we needed a very nice man. Thank you.

SEJOUR BORD DE MER ARMACAO DE PERA

L'appartement est magnifiquement placé sur la promenade de bord de mer offrant tous les services : petit supermarché, déjeuner, bars restaurants et accès à la place. L'appartement est bien équipé, spacieux et propre avec un stationnement en sous-sol. La décoration est un peu datée, mais les atouts d'emplacement, d'équipement et le grand balcon vue mer compensent largement ce détail.

Apartamento muito bem localizado e bem limpo. As camas e o sofá cama não são muito confortaveis mas para curtas estadias está bom. Não tem máquina de lavar roupa o que na minha opinião faz bastante falta. Mas no geral gostamos muito e pretendemos voltar. O Sr Nuno e o Sr João Paulo super simpáticos e prestáveis.

View makes it worth the stay!

The view is what sold us along with the location. As for the apartment, the bedrooms are newly refurbished and the bed linens and towels are fresh and new. Beware that the two bathrooms are completely separate from the bedrooms. But are very nice and clean. The kitchen is a whole other issue. It needs a lot of supplies and cleaning. Rather new refrigerator was great. Very old plots, pans, cooking supplies. They were kind enough to get us new fry pans and dish clothes. The toaster they say is not a workable, safe, old unusable one. New one needed. Dishes are new, no decent wine glasses though. The living room/ dining room needs to be more comfortable and workable. The best part of this apartment is the balcony with the ocean view, breeze, and waves. We spent as much time out there as possible. The balcony needs a new sturdy table that doesn’t move so easily. Chairs are standard white plastic. And definitely a new larger umbrella, beach one is not large enough. The apartment location is on a pedestrian street so convenient to restaurants, stores and basically everything. A very small tight parking space in the garage was great. Another thing to be aware of is the noises of all the other people in the close apartment buildings, especially sleeping with the windows open. Would I return to rent again, my answer would be no, but I would definitely return to Armacao de Para again, it’s a wonderful city.
