「I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The staff is fantastic, particularly Adriana, the receptionist, and Jackson, who served breakfast in the morning. They’re incredibly caring and offer amazing hospitality. It’s a 10-star hotel, not 8.8 as the ratings suggest! This is a new hotel with rooftop and ground-floor swimming pools and a sauna and cold water treatment on the first floor. They also provide free shuttle buses to the beach and Albufeira old town. 「Had a few issues with payment as I paid way more than what I originally booked for. Spoke with Expedia and they said to talk to front desk about the over charged. That took some time however, one gentleman Ricardo finally saw that there was a mistake after days and refunded me the difference, which still didn’t add up but went the loses. Loved the breakfast and the choices, only issues sometimes there was no bake beans so had to wait a long time to get some. Especially having a 10months baby...

「Le personnel à la réception est très serviable et à l'écoute. Petit déjeuner excellent, copieux et varié, de bons produits. La personne de la conciergerie parle couramment français et nous a conseillé et réservé des restaurants très variés pour le diner. Le service parking et voiturier est très pratique. La piscine, les transats et parasols en bon état. La mer St Raphael est proche de l'hôtel. Nous avions loué une voiture et avons pu découvrir d'autres plages.」

「Washing machine but no clothes horse! Cleaners were slap dash and didn’t speak the basics! Didn’t understand the word towel! Towels and bedding need to be updated they were tired. Gang of boys creating noise at 4am every morning. On a positive note the apartment was lovely and suitable for me as a wheelchair user. Very good location and the reception staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful. Will book again. Please sort clothes horse / drying rack」

「This hotel is at the heart of a very popular and busy street. Music and party runs until 3AM just in case noise is bothering you. If planning to drive, parking is 1.50 euros per hour and 36 euros /day」

「The rooms were clean, staff very helpful and friendly. Didn’t have the time to try the spa, unfortunately. What we really didn’t enjoy was the buffet dinners. Not nice at all. Wouldn’t recommend this. We went for the deal offered for 2 meals and regretted this. Loved the peaceful, relaxed atmosphere of the hotel. Easy walk to the beach and local restaurant… delicious food.」

It’s our second time and we enjoyed it again so much, The rooms are vast and airy, the decor is so Algarve, the bed is confortable, the pool is wonderful, the location is unbeatable,having a drink at AIR right by the beach was memorable. Dinner at sunset at PAPERMOON restaurant was delightful. The only complaint is that all the food us much too salty. Our group of 8 was unanimous. Super hotel but extremely salty food.」

「Family of 5 can’t fault anything from start to finish Welcome by front of staff lovely, rooms lovely, facilities lovely, food was excellent Great location peaceful and only a short walk (10/15mins) to loads of places to eat supermarkets etc, gale beach is a must visit, more sheltered in the cove than salgados (small train hotel run a life saver for tired legs) Will 100 percent be back and recommend」
