When we arrived I noticed we only Had thw bottom floor and not the whole villa (although the top floor was empty). This was not apparent when we booked.

De l'économie partout.

Le terrain est beau, mais la maison très petite, avec des chambres de 10 m2, dont la 3ème se trouve au sous-sol. Il n'y a pas de salon, la literie n’est pas de bonne qualité, peu d’ustensiles de cuisine, pas de serviette pour la piscine qui n'est pas d'ailleurs éclairée. Le terrain est fermé, et ne donne donc pas accès à la rivière comme indiqué sur l’annonce: Il faut prendre la voiture pour tout.

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable, une maison très bien entretenue, très jolie, fonctionnelle. Extrêmement bien située. Nos hôtes ont été d’une gentillesse sans borne.

Great place for families with kids!

The house and the area was fantastic! We had a wonderfull stay, and the pool was so nice and big. We got all the info we needed, and the house owners were very helpfull and kind.

Très belle propriété à même pas 10 min d'Alghero et des plages

Nous avons passé 15 jours magnifiques dans cette très belle maison, le coin piscine est vraiment génial, les enfants se sont régalés. La maison est à 5 min des commerces et à peu près 10 min du centre ville d'Alghero. A seulement 10 min de la magnifique plage de Maria Pia. Les propriétaires ont été adorable, avec un très bon accueil.

le calme au cœur d'un jardin aux arbres majestueux, à 10 mn des plages

La maison, édifiée en pierre, est spacieuse et bien entretenue, et convient parfaitement à des amis ou une grande famille, avec grande salle commune d'environ 90 m2. Elle a ce rare privilège d'ouvrir de plain-pied sur un magnifique jardin arboré de majestueux chênes-lièges et de quelques oliviers où il fait bon s'abriter quand le soleil de Sardaigne illumine le ciel bleu. Quelques 25m plus loin, l'espace loisir avec la (grande) piscine de 12x6m où il fait bon plonger (profondeur maximale de 2,20m), ou bien se prélasser sur l'imposante plage carrelée dotée de nombreuses chaises longues, et d'aussi nombreux parasols. Gerolamo, le propriétaire, vient discrètement matin et soir pour nettoyer la piscine, et il est d'un contact si agréable que j'ai regretté de ne pas parler l'italien pour davantage échanger avec lui. Le soir de notre arrivée il nous a conseillé une pizzeria que nous avons tous très appréciée. La propriété, à seulement 2,5 km du centre ville, nécessite la location de voitures, ce qui permet de faire la connaissance de la région, et de découvrir les plages, nombreuses dans un rayon de 20 mn alentour. L' autre agrément du lieu est Alghero elle-même, qui est une très belle ville -peut-être la plus belle de Sardaigne!- et qui a gardé son centre ancien, très animé et en grande partie réservé aux piétons. D'autres lieux, comme Bosa au Sud, ou la réserve naturelle d'Asinara au Nord, méritent d'être visités, et sont à moins d'une heure de route. Nous y avons passés 10 jours entre famille et amis, 10 jours de calme et de belles découvertes.

Schönes Haus für die ganze Familie

Das Haus liegt schön am Stadtrand von Alghero auf einem riesigen gut gesichertem Grundstück. Die Hausbesitzer sind sehr angenehm und aufmerksam. Der Pool ist fantastisch groß und sehr gut gepflegt. Einziger Kritikpunkt wäre die Ausstattung des Hauses. Für ein Haus für so viele Personen in der Preisklasse hat es mir an Möbeln, Geschirr und Spühlmaschine gefehlt. Insbesondere gab es keinen großen Tisch im Außenbereich weshalb wir den Tisch von innen nach draußen tragen mussten.
