“This was the second time that we stayed at the Bienville House, and we will stay there again. The staff was very friendly, our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was updated and beautiful. We actually had two rooms, both rooms were excellent- but the second room’s air conditioning did not work, the staff did offer to move us to a room at their sister hotel, but we chose to stay with our group so we were given box fans for the room. New Orleans in July is hot. Over all……

“The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.”

“We stayed in the 2 room suite. It was 3 blocks from Bourbon Street, but quiet. They serviced our room every day, even when we left late in the day. I would stay here everytime we are in New Orleans! Just be aware some of the room have steep stairs. ”

“Great service!! Great views, super close to bourbon but not too loud! The valet parking is definitely worth the price especially if you look at other parking around the area. ”
