「This home was perfect for three adult women to use as a base to see the Huntington Garden in San Marino. It was safe, clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The beds (two doubles and two twins in three bedrooms) were comfortable with cozy linens. The kitchen was spotless, well equipped and stocked with the basics. 「There was weird smell to the property as soon as we walked in. We also found a roach. Kitchen floor was dirty and the drying mat was disgustingly dirty as well.」

「Health - Safety - Sanitation IssuesNext to Freeway. Guy with flashlight walking back and forth along fence. Fences broken, entry lights out, entry stairs chipping off, fall hazard. Musty smell (host offered air freshener?), broken window, black dust on all window sills, from blinds or freeway exhaust? 2 sinks with no hot water, kitchen sink hose hanging down, bath fixtures falling off walls, tub stopper not working NO wifi. Slow responses. No phone contact just provided text. Host kept saying...

「Great house and exactly as advertised. Was concerned with the proximity of the ADU and inhabitants but was no issue at all. Never heard or saw anyone or anything. We would absolutely stay here again. One suggestion - change the curtains in the rear & middle bedrooms to allow them to close. They were VERY bright through the night.」

「Our stay was fine, enough room and comfortable beds. It was a bit less clean than expected. The WiFi was quite slow and it was frustrating to watch a movie or look up information. Would be helpful to have more silverware, bedside tables and conveniently located electrical sockets. Lots of sockets, but on the floor and in the middle of the walls. This made it challenging to have bedside lighting and phone charging.」
