The interior features a modern and functional living-dining room next to a fully equipped American kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and more, so you can enjoy preparing your favourite dishes. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with a single bed, both with space to store your luggage. It also includes a bathroom with a shower tray.
The pool area is communal and is located just five minutes walking distance, next to a commercial area with a supermarket, café and local businesses. Its strategic location allows easy access to Málaga Airport (AGP) and multiple attractions: a few kilometres away you will find theme parks, golf courses, beaches such as La Malagueta and the Marbella Coast, as well as natural options like the Guadalhorce Natural Park.
