「Reception staff (Malka) and Porter were very welcoming on arrival and others were very attentive throughout our 2 day stay. A lovely birthday card and decorated chocolate brownie for my partner’s 70th was delivered to our room which we enjoyed very much and a nice surprise. The hotel was exceptionally well maintained, and a special mention for Esperanza and Julia for cleaning our room 401 to a high standard. The hotel’s location and Roof Top bar were great and we will definitely visit Alicante...

「This place feels more like a youth hostel than a hotel. The main floor has showers and luggage storage for people who have checked out but still want to use the beach that day but it is impossible to get by them with your luggage down the narrow twisting corridor when they have their stuff spread out all over. Never did find where the breakfast that I paid for is served. And the rooftop terrace that they so proudly advertise has not been open for TWO YEARS!! When I asked about it, the desk clerk...
