“Check in deficient…needed to call a spanish number to be able to checkin.. they failed to answer the phone for a while. Room very small with shower malfunctioning. Well located”

“Nos dejaron entrar antes y nos salvaron el día, diluviaba, 3 horas de late check out por 15€ me pareció maravilloso, pedimos comida a domicilio y pudimos usar menaje del hotel y el lobby, muy simpáticas en recepción con mi hijo de 3 años, la decoración crea un ambiente relajado y muy acogedor, tronas disponibles, máquinas de café/zumo operativas 24h en recepción gratuitas, también microondas, con bebés todo un acierto, desayuno normal, lo único malo el fuerte olor a químico de la habitación……

“The property is clean and nice decorating. Room are spacious and comfortable . One thing is the toilet was shaking need repair ! Amenities in the bathroom are poor , not body cream . Cleaning personal are very nice . The property is in excellent location . Close to most of the interest places to visit in Alicante . Restaurants are very close , Coffee shops and taxis stop . Some times are a little noisy for a bar next to the property bust just passed 12 am is quiet . I will recommend this……

“Great place to stay in the heart of Alicante. The room was clean, tidy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The communal fridge was also very useful. I would stay here again - the highlight is the location (just a few minutes walk to the major attractions and beach)”

“Breakfast ok The rooms are clean, and big but not many ammenities are provided such as tissues.Cab use some repair or a more modern deeling. Overral the stuff was nice and helpfull Except for the arrival date. They advertised the Restaurant open till 23 PM well early afternoon we decided to get a bite 2 people in the kitchen will be looking at us ignoring us completely After my husband and I stood there for over 20 minutes we decided to go somewhere else”

“The most beautiful apartment in the best location! The photos of this really don't do it justice. We booked the top floor apartment with roof terrace and the outdoor space was incredible. The apartment was spotless, so bright and airy with sliding doors/windows all around to let the light in. The location was brilliant, few minutes walk from the bus stop for the airport, just over the walk from the beach and surrounded by lots of lovely restaurants/bars. Would recommend El Palacete next door for……

“Our apartment was wonderful and the staff were great. We speak only a little Spanish, so having the desk staff being able to communicate with us in English was helpful. The entry for our first floor room was in the alley, but I think almost all the other rooms were from the inside of the building. ”
