This hotel serves it purpose as a cheaper option. It is located really close to the main train station, only a ten minute walk away. Also the check in is 24 hour, great for late night arrivals. Although I was happy my stay was only one night. The back of the bathroom door had multiple hairs stuck to it. I pulled hair from the pillows and bath towels. The room otherwise appeared decently clean but definitely needed help. The bed was comfortable.

For what we paid, this hotel met our needs and was in a good location. The front desk staff were courteous and helpful. The room was clean, but very basic and there was an intermittent smell like the plumbing was backed up. Even the hallway smelled poorly. The safe was on the floor (hard to access) and wasn’t attached to anything (could walk out with it) and we couldn’t program it to work. Breakfast was okay, but more variety would have been nice and the tables were not cleared so there were few clean tables to sit at.

Mein Zimmer war unglaublich laut und hellhörig. Hätte mich mit den Leuten auf der Straße unterhalten können. Türen knallten, dass man senkrecht im Bett stand! Ich rede hier nicht von einem leichten "plopp", sondern von Schlägen wie Schüsse!!! Habe es 2x am Empfang gemeldet, hat aber niemanden interresiert. Wlan gab es nur in der Küche und im Bad, in beiden Schlafzimmern dann nicht mehr. Auch das habe ich am Empfang gemeldet und nichts geschah! Frühstück hatte ich keins, dazu kann ich nichts sagen. Das Besteck, vor allem das "große" Messer war ein Witz! Die Klinge hat gewackelt und es war am Übergang zum Griff völlig verdreckt. Der Oberhammer war dann noch die Kakerlake im Bad! Wollte mich so wenig wie möglich auf dem Zimmer aufhalten!!! Nie mehr wieder in dieses Hotel!!!

Overall, the stay was average. The cleanliness of the property was okay but could be improved. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I would rate their service as good. The condition of the property and the facilities were also average. One major issue was the noise: the doors are extremely loud when opening and closing, which was disturbing, especially at night. In the early morning, the cleaning staff was very loud, which made it hard to sleep in. On a positive note, the location is very good and convenient, which was a big plus.

Not the best amenities but the location is great

The apartment hotel did not offer the sorts of amenities I would expect. Even after I advised the hotel that the hairdryer and fridge did not work this was not resolved. There was a smell coming from the bathroom not sure if it was mould or pipes. Only the main room had air conditioning so fortunately I was not sharing the amenities. This ment that the second sleeping area lounge, kitchen and bathroom was unusually hot considering I was travelling in July. Only two lots of lifts appeared to be operational, this meant that when. Waiting for a lift or in the lift it was extremely warm. It was in a central location for all of the sites.

Posizione perfetta per girare in comodità la città. Abbiamo prenotato un monolocale che è risultato molto più grande rispetto alla foto. Tutto pulito, vista ottima e stanza silenziosa. Personale gentile e disponibile. Super consigliato!
