「Great apartment with everything you need a short walk away. Felt safe to walk around .There was a keysafe which meant we didn't have to carry keys. The apartment had everything for a beach holiday ,chairs games ect and there was a lovely well kept pool. An issue we had was dealt with promptly by the building manager,without fuss which was reassuring. A nice balcony to have breakfast on and dry clothes.Great communication from owner.」

「We really liked this property and as the weather was very hot the outside balcony as a welcome bonus. Also, we had a choice of using the lifts or stairs. The property is central to everywhere in Guardamar. The beach was within easy walking-distance, as were all the Restaurants, Shops, etc. The whole apartment was lovely and the 3 bedrooms were a very good size, with plenty of wardrobe space. Wer Unterhaltung sucht und fußläufig Lokale haben möchte, der ist hier genau richtig. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war einwandfrei.
