Enjoy easy access to town from this centrally located home 200 meters to the nearest bar/restaurant and live music venue, 600 meters to the nearest cafe and tourist attractions, 1.5kms to Coles, Woolworths and the CBD.
This secure property is surrounded by 7 ft fencing with key pad security entry and sensor lighting.
There is ample parking even for larger vehicles. This spacious property suits families, groups, visiting business organisations, professionals and tradies.
Short and long stays welcome.
This beautifully renovated property has 3 bedrooms, all equiped with wardrobes and reverse cycle air-conditioning/heating for your comfort.

Two bedrooms have queen beds, the third bedroom a double bed.
Relax on the back veranda and enjoy the BBQ.

You are more than welcome to bring you pets but please make sure they are contained to the outside areas, no pets inside the house please.

Telegraph Terrace, Alice Springs

Perfect for 3 couples with 3 vehicles for 3 days. Large front garden area for parking all vehicles: 1car+van and 2 Ford Rangers with slide-ons. Very easy access, walking distance to shops, Olive Pink Botanical Gardens, etc. Very comfortable, clean, all facilities we needed. Great stop to consolidate before heading out into the bush again. Thank you.
