This is a private 2 bedroom, 2 storey Townhouse with one bathroom and 2 toilets in a gated community. Adjacent to the Todd River, relax on the balcony whilst enjoying the views of the McDonnell Ranges. Enjoy a private heated hot tub in the back courtyard and a charcoal grill/smoker. Only 2.5km to the CBD of Alice Springs, 1.8km to Alice Springs Hospital, 600m to Lasseters Casino, 250m to Gap View Hotel, 300m to a local corner store with bottle-o. You can also feel secured knowing the common areas and car park is monitored 24/7 with a CCTV and alarm system installed in the home.
Guests will enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine and gift pack for their stay. Guests can utilise the many herbs growing in the property. There are also mulberry trees in communal areas which guests can pick from.

The apartment is very conveniently located close to town and tourist attractions, with beautiful views of the Macdonnell Ranges and The Gap. Excellent WiFi, but limited access to streeming chanels. The front of the property, the balcony and the bath tab look uninviting and neglected. The front security gate broken.

Really enjoyed coffee on the balcony with the view of the ranges. Nice setting, and comfortable. Communication with property owner is a niggle as it goes via Vrbo/Stayz and it takes a while to get a response. Otherwise, hosts are great!
