“Ace Hotel! My family’s last day vacation in Paris, we booked your shuttle service through your hotel for 6:30 am on 18/04 to the airport and paid 6 euro each for my family of four (24 euro total) and we spent the night. On route, the shuttle driver asked us to pay more after we told him it’s T1 flight. This question was not asked at your hotel reception when I booked the shuttle. Our daughter was delighted to find free sweets available for children. The family room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. One of the……

“I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel and would definitely not recommend it. The front desk service was terrible. The check-in process took an unreasonable amount of time because the staff focused heavily on training a new employee while completely ignoring the long wait time for guests. It felt very unprofessional and disrespectful of customers’ time. The room itself had multiple serious issues. The air conditioning was not working at all. When I reported it to reception,……

“服務人員都非常親切的提供服務，早餐品項比較少，但是口味跟品質很好，浴室水壓也很穩定，房間空間雖然比較小，但是床很舒適，是我在CDG Airport優先選擇的飯店。”
