All Saints' Tudeley

Bob W at Hyde Park is a gorgeous building in a beautiful, quiet spot in Hyde Park about 10 minutes with your roller bags from Paddington Station, I discovered after I booked from a review that it is self service without a 'reception' noting there is a photo app face ID registration for pre check in (which seemed secure from research) and code for accessing a communal room where guests keep their bags in the basement which is locked, However! I was pleasantly surprised during my stay to find there was a girl on 'reception' (from another girl solo traveller). Whilst the girls at the entrance were lovely and happy to answer any questions it was not a formal reception/service in relation to offering assistance with tours, maps, recommended restaurants etc. I initially had a tiny single bed room which had second hand furniture with a small designer appointed bathroom but managed to upgrade and secure a double room, I understand you need to book early to get a lower rate. Thankful and grateful for the exceptional customer service I received via Whatsapp to address my needs on this stay. No amenities - gym, pool, breakfast etc but there seems to be a cafe on the ground floor but it seems to be servicing staff there. Excellent / 24 provision of coffee pods and tea on ground floor, No fridge I found it difficult to find somewhere to dine, lots of locals drinking wine in cool bars near by.. Found an amazing Chinese restaurant, Mandarin Kitchen ask for Charlie.

It was fine, bed was cozy room was descent size. Breakfast was good but could have used a little more variety

Amazing staff! Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The customer service was excellent, and they truly made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. Such a wonderful experience I would definitely recommend this place! Thanks
