“First at check in You have to use telephone to even check in, the lady was rude. Guess what, no ice or washing facilities. The room was really thread bare, and just rough. I booked for 2 days, however decided to leave in the afternoon before the second night. I saw a roach, I was done. locked lobby, no way in. So I left, couldn't properly check out. This place is a dump. Pay $40 more, stay at the quality inn.”

“The staff was great, I'll start with that. And this place has so much potential. The TV works. The AC works well. The actual hotel could really be very nice - some of the architecture is really cool. But it is not a place I'd book a 2nd time.
I can't speculate as to why certain things are the way they are, if it's finances, the clientele, or the care/concern of the actual owners, but there are just a lot of things about this place that are lacking.
