“Our host was very accommodating and allowed us to chexk in a bit earlier than originally scheduled. The house is very charming and clean, very spacious and is perfect for a small family. ”

“We loved the house and location. We kept saying how peaceful it was. House was beautiful. They boys loved the canoe & fishing. The game room got plenty of use as well as the awesome screen projector in the living room. We would love to stay again.The only negative was the house was not very clean upon arrival. The floors needed to be done & tables wiped, bag of trash in the driveway. The management company did ask if we need them to take care of anything but no big deal we took care of it.”

“The cottage on Mendums Pond is a delightful, wonderfully furnished extended A-frame situated on a quiet road, overlooking a beautiful pond and natural view. Very quiet and peaceful, yet within 5 minutes of sites, shops, and conveniences. Everything you need is within the home, including AC and TV. The owner kept in touch and was very helpful with questions. The place was very clean and neat, and there were games and puzzles available. We loved our time here and will return in the future. ”

“We enjoyed the home and location. We were disappointed there were numerous cameras on all sides of the home that were not disclosed. It caused unease throughout the entire week. Overall, it’s a 4.5 rating: it would be 5 without the cameras.”

“A wonderful escape awaits you at Nippo Pond. A family owned retreat that welcomes you as soon as you step in the front door. Spacious and clean with everything you need. The outside shower was one of my favorite perks. Beautiful clean water for a dip or just to relax by. Quiet and peaceful but in reach of many amusements and nearby towns. “A lovely respite from the hustle & bustle of the outside world, yet conveniently located to hiking trails, grocery stores, and tourist attractions. During my 5 night stay, I was joined at various time by family and friends from various destinations in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, and the back deck overlooking the lake proved to be the gathering place of choice. The putting green was definitely a highlight for the golfers and non-golfers alike. The bedrooms are smallish, but the beds were……

“It was peaceful and quiet, nice water view from the picture window , whole place was nice sized, Nice sized kitchen downstairs and office room, The main bathroom upstairs was nice and balcony was very nice, However the strong smell of animal urin all upstairs in the living room/bedroom was overwhelming, We brought our own lysol wipes to wipe everything down and used our Febreeze air spray to try to clean the smell upstairs , the little sofa looked stained and smelled, We sprayed it with……

“We loved the house and the location on the lake. So many great beautiful spots to sit with your coffee and relax or just pop in the water for a kayak or swim. The house had everything you need. They had thought of everything. Beds were comfortable, plenty of blankets and AC in the one room upstairs and the downstairs stayed very cool even on hot days. We had a few small issues while we were there and the owner was very fast to respond and communicative. ”
