Room was not clean when we arrived hair was in the shower and on the shower head, my daughter’s doll got kicked under bed when retrieving it found trash and pens under the bed THAT WAS NOT OURS!!!! Had issues with the toilet where it actually clogged called front desk and still no one came. Gave them two stars for staff cause the gentleman on the day of arrival and into morning was very helpful and attentive! Other than that unresponsive and gross ! Couldn’t even get towels !

The room wasn't the cleanest. Pube hair left in the shower and the lamps were a bit dusty along with the baseboards in the bathroom. Our toilet clogged very easily. The breakfast wasn't very good and the price was extremely high for what you get. It also states they have a hot tub but it was just a lukewarm spa. Overall it was a decent stay but not for the price you pay.

Adequate highway hotel

This is an adequate, highway hotel for an overnight stay, no more than that and not a place I would be looking to repeat a visit to. No food available on a Sunday, no extra coffee pods available. The location was convenient for getting on and off the highway and near stores and places for food.

Staff was very friendly. It was also a good location. Room was nice and clean. The fridge in our room was broken. Had no place to keep waters, drinks or leftovers cold. I mentioned it to the front desk. They asked if I wanted to switch rooms but we were already unpacked for 3 nights. Not worth the effort for me. Hot tub was out of service, No mention of that anywhere except for there being a sign on the pool exit door. Annoying since one of the reasons we picked this particular hotel was due to them having a Hottub. This hotel also offers "free onsite parking". However, it's not free. there is a $3.87/day plus tax "parking recapture fee" that is not listed anywhere. It was on the final bill. Unless requested otherwise, housekeeping comes every other day. We arrived very late Thursday night/early Friday am. I assumed they would come on Saturday, nope. Had to ask for more towels from the front desk.

This hotel was over priced for what you get. Breakfast was not included and $16 per person if you wanted to have it. The hot tub was out of service which was one of the main reasons we booked here. The room was missing a remote for the TV and the coffee cream that was in the room was clumpy. Wouldn't return

Uncomfortable Situation!!

My stay was going well until I woke up to some woman standing in my room while I was sleeping asking me why I hadn’t left yet . How dare she not check her records, because if she had of she would have known that I requested a late check out! She left me feeling completely violated and disturbed. No one wants to wake up with a stranger standing overtop of you inquiring why you are still in a space that you have paid for!

Elevator had sticky spill and was not cleaned for 3 days. Pool wasn't just heated, it was HOT like a hot tub, but the hot tub itself was broken. Front lounge area arreared to have broken a/c. Tub did not drain. Front desk staff was very knowlegeable and helpful.

The hot tub is broken. You wont know this until you get to the property since they have not announced/advertised it anywhere. There is black mold on the pool deck. Lights in bathroom keep flickering. Also, a septic smell in the bathroom coming from the ceiling vent.

Our black out shade was broken and one of the bars in the bathroom was loose. There was only one trash can (a tiny one) in the entire room- none in the bathroom. There needs to be one trash can in the bathroom and a larger one in the main room. I did like the fact that they had tea/coffee k-cups in the room- it helped to kick start our day. Staff was extremely friendly and the hot tub was clean and functioning. Pool would have been better if it was cooler than the hot tub. Bathroom floor was sticky, but the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Would stay again.
