Very nice

The room was very neat and nice. Very comfortable. The door must be a little thin, though, because it is a bit easy to hear the noise from outside. The breakfast lounge is lovely and cozy.

Das Zimmer war etwas staubig und hatte Flecken auf dem Stoffboden. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers an sich war zufrieden stellend. Die Lage ist Top. Bahnhof Ueno ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

洗面所の流れが悪かったのが気になりました。朝食をつけていたのですが終了間際だったせいかご飯もパンもなくて残念でした。もう少し余裕があるは配膳にしたほうが良いと思います。

- ค่าพักค่อนข้างถูกให้ย่าน Ueno - พนักงานให้การต้อนรับดี ใส่ใจมาก - โรงแรมเชื่อมต่อกับร้านขายยา ค่อนข้างสะดวก - ที่พักห่างจากสถานีรถไฟไกลระดับหนึ่ง ประมาณ 800 ม. ถึง 1 กม. - ห้องพักค่อนข้างแคบ และฝุ่นในห้องค่อนข้างเยอะมาก คงเป็นเพราะพื้นห้องที่เป็นพรมทั้งห้องมันทำความสะอาดยาก

以前見た口コミで、ホコリ等の指摘を見ましたので、正直期待して居ませんでしたが、あれは間接照明の為、ホコリが舞って見えてしまうのは避けられない状況かと思います。 が、清潔ですし、間接照明でオシャレでもあり今後も利用させていただきたいホテルでした。

Room smelled strange. Bathroom smelled of mildew entire three days of my stay. Left the fan on to make sure it exhausted out of the room and not into the bedroom area. Took a photo where it was growing in the area behind the basin

禁煙の部屋でしたが臭いがしました。シャワー室の床にピンクのカビ（？）清潔とは言えないです。コインランドリーはなくかなり遠くなるのが不便。そして何より想定より上野駅からはだいぶ遠いです。

室内に時計が無く、目覚ましもなく、モーニングコールの案内も無いのは不便。 フロントで上野駅への行き方を聞きましたが、近くの地下鉄入谷駅の場所しか教えて貰えなく残念でした。

●そもそも場所がわかりにくすぎる。 一階のドラッグストアが通りぬけ自由なのは結構だが、初見では普通やらない。 ●中国人従業員と日本人従業員の小競り合いはや、フロントでなく客の見えないところでやってほしい。 ●朝食の有り無しの連動がなさすぎる。 2泊して、初日は食べれたのに、２日目は不可だった。 料金は後日請求されるのだろうか。 バイキング形式なら、通すなら通すで統一してほしい。 ●ネットで予約したとしても、普通であればチェックインの時点でカード払いか現金払いか改めて選ばせてくれるのが常識。 カード以外は受け付けないとのことだが、予約時点でカード払いは済との説明、それでは朝食代はどうなっているのだろうか。 ●従業員に、挨拶をする意思がなさすぎる。荷物持って朝出ていったらチェックアウトとわかるはずなのに、根本的にフロント以外は客室フロアですれ違っても、全くの他人事。日本語がわからなくてもよいので、せめて会釈くらいは一般常識として教育するべき。
