“We had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful cottage. It is part of an ancient castello, as a separate little house (the old mill) and with all modern amenities, lovingly restored. The views from the beautiful garden are absolutely stunning, and we much enjoyed our breakfasts in the sunshine outside. Acomodação muito charmosa, serviço fantástico fora do comum e café da manhã e amenidades maravilhosas. Muito espaçoso e aconchegante. Tínhamos um piano em nossa sala. “Logement très atypique spacieux et confortable. La fraîcheur induite des vieux murs en pierre a été un vrai plus vu la température extérieure. Top le tri des poubelles dans la cuisine. Peu de lumière naturelle vu la taille des fenêtre de l’époque mais on ne peut pas tout avoir. Giana est très accueillante et au petit soin pour le petit déjeuner au top !”

“Three generations of our family spent two weeks at this beautiful villa, and it was a very special vacation. The villa, grounds and pool are maintained in perfect condition - just the right combination of old-world charm with modern conveniences. The kids loved the pool, and the adults very much enjoyed the cocktail hour in the beautiful grounds by the pool at the end of the day. “Une superbe région avec de beaux endroits et villages atypique et historiques. Des commerces de proximités et des supers marchés. Certaines choses sont très compétitives aux niveaux tarifs et d'autres un peu excessifs. Le complexe et super, on sait très bien senti en famille et même des couples se se sentiront bien. Car nous avons trouvé de manière générale des familles respectueuses rien à voir avec certains complexes touristiques. L'appartement était de bien avec une climatisation centrale……

“We had a wonderful stay at Noce cottage - it was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for our family of four. The terrace was lovely with the most spectacular views. The pool was pristine. We visited nearby towns and sampled local wine plus visited Saturnia hot springs - a worthy day trip. Only 10 min to grocery store and hospital but a world away - like being back in time. The owner was communicative and offered great suggestions. This place is very special. We would highly recommend……

“We booked for our elopement ceremony. 6 of us, for 4 nights. It’s a beautiful property & overall had a pleasant stay. Some things I wish were communicated in advance. We spoke to the host before booking, ensuring we could have our 6person ceremony, photogs, & use a private chef. The chef he recommended cost more than we were originally told. But he was incredible. I also asked the host about recs for where to get things in town & he just said everything is in town which wasn’t super helpful.……

It was the perfect location to stay while venturing out to all the cities and towns that we wanted to see. We found it to be everything and more than we could've asked for and the views were absolutely stunning. The villa was equiped with everything we needed and there was plenty of space both inside and out. The location worked very well for taking several daytrips to surrounding towns.
