“The apartment itself was very nice. We could not figure out how to work the heat in the bathroom though so it was very cold in there. Not saying it wasn’t there we just couldn’t figure it out. It is in the red light district which we don’t care about, but there were some weird guys hanging out later at night. Finding the right door to go in was a challenge but I called and they walked us through it. They responded immediately. Was walking distance to Christmas markets which was great ”

“The idea of the apartment was great. I was worried about the self check in but the process was smooth. The apartment itself was well presented. However, we have not been informed of major building work taking place right outside the windows and as result we were woken up every morning at 7am even though this was meant to be a relaxed holiday stay. I have contacted the staff asking for swapping apartment to a quieter side but this was not possible. The apartment next door to us had hosted a……
