“Great spot close to everything with a secure entrance to the building. Easy access to the unit Quick responses and good communication from the host. Great unit with lots of amenities! Definitely would stay here again and again!!”

“Pretty close to Yale campus”

“The place was cooled before I arrived with an air conditioning unit making it a nice welcome. The host was communicative and hospitable. They left more than enough towels, pillows, blankets. I super appreciated how clean everything was and it smelled good which made them comfortable to use and sleep in the bed.”

“Our visit was short, , but it was enjoyable while we were there. The host thought of everything as far as toiletries and really went out of their way to make sure that we had the basics of what we needed, which was a nice refreshing change from most rentals. The beds were very comfortable and loved the big bathtub.!!”

“Host was very responsive, responding within minutes to my messages and checking in to make sure our stay was going well. Great location. Easy access to Yale. Clean comfortable accommodation!”

“Very comfortable stay!”

“My only constructive thought on the property would be to add some sitting in the living room. I happened to be there with my ex wife, so that part was interesting. A cheap chair would do.The loft area is difficult to navigate as a tall man, but I get that it needs to be used. The unit next door had a Halloween party with intense drinking, but it is a college town and did not interrupt us. The property was very clean, which is why I gave it 5 stars. Thank you for everything, my thoughts are……

“We were in town for the YLS reunion, needed a place for one night since our plans had fallen through, and were fortunate to find this one. It was very nice that each bedroom included a bathroom. The living area was comfortable and we had no difficulties using the kitchen. It was also useful that we were able to use the parking area behind the building so didn't have to worry about street parking.”

“Great location to visit Yale. Pictures represent the unit well.”

“The host was great. We had some issues with the codes getting in but the host was most helpful. The stay was very nice. I wouldn't wander the neighborhood after dark but we had a great time,”

“The property is immaculate and the service very responsive.”

“Very clean and accessible and amenities were excellent.”

“Great location”

“On both nights of our stay we dealt with loud noises from the apartment above going past 1:30 AM. This was unsettling and prevented us from getting a good night’s sleep. While the pictures online are accurate as regards the interior – it was clean and updated - they don’t illustrate the unfortunate exterior environment. The “off street parking” is a communal dirt area behind two houses with potholes and a very narrow driveway connecting it to the road. If you have a minivan or a larger car, you……

“It was the perfect day and very convenient for our trip for our son’s graduation. Thank you for being so receptive and helpful.”

“Great stay”

“Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Any concerns we had were quickly addressed. The host even mailed an item we left behind. Thank you and we would book again if we return to the area”
