「There was a bit of difficulty initially getting into the home. However, after speaking to Lenny, she was able to reset the lock code, for my family of 5 to enter, within 10 minutes. 「Overall the place was nice and clean however, we were notified the day before that the kitchen pipes were frozen so we needed to lug water in from the bathrooms. The kitchen felt about 6 degrees C.
