I can’t imagine better views anywhere else. The space was super clean and had everything you would need for a perfect vacation. The location is also perfect for visiting several places including Breckinridge. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent location and wonderful accommodations!

The location had convenient access to Alma and Fairplay areas which held a lot of jeep trails we wanted to explore. The accommodations were perfect with a view of the mountains, decorated in Colorado cabin style and had everything we needed in a home away from home. Information about the area was also incredibly helpful and made our trip even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the stay. Had everything we needed. Comfortable place, good wifi, well stocked with condiments and common items. Even a family of wild rabbits right outside the door to welcome us back each day…. We were right at home and would recommend to anyone.

Wonderful Location

My husband and teenage daughter climbed a mountain, and this rental was a perfect location for them to do so. The views were absolutely lovely. So quiet and peaceful, yet only a few minutes from Fairplay. The rental was extremely clean, comfortable, stocked with everything we needed and more. Would absolutely recommend.

A true mountain cabin. The interior was very rustic with ammenities. Kitchen was well supplied with modern appliances. Bed and baths were comfortable. The views were spectacular.

Beautiful mountain lodge

We spent 5 nights in this comfortable, cozy lodge after a snow storm. Enjoyed the views. Found everything we needed to cook a Thanksgiving holiday feast. Mark (the owner) was very responsive, flexible, and helpful. After our car got stuck in the snow, he arranged for guy with a plow truck to get us unstuck. Overall, we had a great experience there.

My friend and I enjoyed our stay. The home was quite comfortable and had all the amenities for a pleasant visit to range land Colorado. We explored Fairplay and even returned to Denver via Hwy 285. Our trip was mostly about the Ski areas but it was nice to visit other aspects of Colorado.

Colorado high elevation trip

The lodge was even better than expected. It is easy to get to. The location allowed us to do day trips for fishing and easy to moderate hikes. We enjoyed our down time at the lodge. We enjoyed Fairport, trips to Breckenridge, Leadville, Twin Lakes with fishing and the Interlachen trail, and Wilderness on Wheels. The weather was great allowing us to have great views.

Spacious and clean place to stay!

The space had all of the amenities to make a family vacation enjoyable. The full kitchen allowed us to make dinner and breakfast. The living room had ample seating for my son to curl in a corner playing games, my daughter and I to lounge and read, and my husband to enjoy watching tv. The two bathrooms were nice for getting ready and cleaning up after a day of skiing. The location was close to FairPlay for groceries and easy access to Breck while being quiet and away from traffic. We enjoyed o it stay and highly recommend.

We apparently came during an epic winter storm wich made way for some great activities. They were also on point to get the driveway plowed. We'd definitely stay again

Christmas vacation

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the lodge. The scenery was just absolutely gorgeous. Alma had some amazing food and great people. We also took a drive to FairPlay and had some great coffee and walked around some very quaint shops. We hoped and prayed for a white Christmas and were blessed with one. It snowed a lot on Christmas evening. The cabin was extremely cozy and was decently equipped with necessities to cook and clean with. We really enjoyed the furnace and typically kept it running all day and enjoyed the warmth. The property was truly breathtaking with a constant few of the snow peaked mountains hanging off in the distance that you could see from the living room. We enjoyed using the many sleds that were provided on the property for clients to use and we were able to find many cool spots to sled on, on and off the property. We definitely intent to make a return back here at some point, except next time we want to bring over some friends to enjoy the beautiful cabin and mountains. Thank you so much for creating such a wonderful experience for us by sharing your home. Till next time!!
