“Villa was a nice size No access via the front door, only through a side patio door. Villa is looking worn and tired, water stains in the toilets, yellowing in the fridge, what looks to be bedroom drawer units in the kitchen. no path to access villa from parking area which means that when the sprinklers go off you are always walking through wet grass to get to the villa. Pools looking tired with lots of missing tiles. Description should say that it is very rural, the road does not really even……

“We had a wonderful stay at Villa Tulum. The villa is spacious, incredibly bright, and provided the perfect balance of privacy and comfort for our family. The kids loved the large private pool, and we spent most of our evenings enjoying barbecues in the outdoor dining area while taking in the peaceful countryside views. The location is excellent—very quiet, yet just a short drive from fantastic golf courses and beautiful beaches. Highly recommended!”
