"The hotel is clean and comfortable, but not being able to speak Russian was a problem at reception and throughout my stay. Meal sare not included, but available to buy from the pleasant in-house cafe."

"A comfortable enough stay for those not spending a lot of time in the hotel and don’t have special needs. Staff were friendly and helpful and rooms are a good size with a modern bathroom. Two issues that unfortunately will mean I would not book again - the wifi will not hold up for business calls and the vegetarian options are very limited compared to other hotels I have stayed in in Almaty. If neither is important to you than this is a decent hotel pick! "
