“My husband and I are repeat visotors to this hotel. The Hacienda is quaint, spotlessly clean with everything you need in your room.
Bathroom gas excellent shower/bath facilities. Luxury towels and ample toiletries, which is a lovely touch!
Ample secure parking, no need to worry about your vehicle.
Breakfast is excellent. Self serve with plenty of choice.
Just love this hotel, it was a great find. ”

“Mi reserva era habitación para tres adultos y nos asignaron una villa. Desconforme aire acondicionado del dormitorio muy viejo, no echaba calor ninguno a pesar de estar 30° y mucho ruido. Y no había ninguna manta adicional.
En el baño no tiene turbina, hace
bastante frio y en la bañera el flexo en malas condiciones y muy poca cantidad de agua y salía hirbiendo o fría.
En la cocina, el microndas no daba vuelta por no tener el plato giratorio original.

“Everything was impeccable, the room was gorgeous and comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive to every detail, from the minute we stepped in until we checked out. They helped us with our plans for visiting the park and exploring town. The food was delicious! We especially loved sitting on the porch watching the sunset. A perfect stay in a pristine and unique location!”

“Great location to get away for a couple of days even in the winter. Beautiful beach work down a set to stairs. Would not recommend for anyone w disabilities.
We had dinner included and the value of the stay was amazing. Very nice food and reasonably priced and good wines. Dining room itself nothing special but maybe nicer in the summer w sunset views.
Rooms are a decent size and we had a wonderful sea view. Pillows a often in Spain are soft and too small by US standards so just ask for an……

“We had an amazing time at Hotel Best Costa Ballena! The food was excellent – varied, fresh, and always delicious. The entire hotel is spotlessly clean and very well maintained; you can tell that cleanliness and comfort are top priorities here.
The pool area is fantastic – spacious, inviting, and perfect for families or simply relaxing. We also loved the proximity to the ocean: just a short walk and you’re at a beautiful, wide sandy beach with crystal-clear water.
