Pros: We enjoyed staying in the house, and the owner was very friendly and helpful. I would have loved sleeping in the tower room, but unfortunately the bed was to short. The garden is wonderful. Many different plants and fruit trees.

Nous avions des réticences par rapport à la route nationale qui est assez proche mais pas de nuisances sonores. 2 belles terrasses. Les propriétaires sont charmants et dévoués. je les salue très amicalement, nous espérons revenir. Merci pour tout

Pros: Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans la Villa Maria. Elle dispose de tout le confort que l'on peut attendre. Son jardin est magnifique et les terrasses sont très agréables. A 10 minutes à pied des 2 premières plages d'Almunécar. Almunécar dispose de multiples plages toutes très agréables. De belles visites sont à faire et de très bons restaurants aussi. Nous avons pu profiter de la proximité de Malaga et d'Alméria qui se trouvent à 1h de route. Antonio est un propriétaire très chaleureux et attentionné à nos attentes. Nous recommandons vivement cette location

Pros: We huurden al een 10-tal keer een vakantiewoning met een tuin(tje), maar nog nooit verbleven we die bijna 6 weken in zo'n groot en gezellig huis, waar werkelijk alles aanwezig is: badtapijtjes, thee-en vaatdoeken, schortjes (!!), een tajine, bakvormen... Pompelmoezen, mandarijntjes en limoenen pluk je zo van de bomen. Beschut of in de volle zon: op één van de 3 (eigenlijk 4) terrassen is het altijd goed zitten. Een superhuis met een super vriendelijke eigenaar! De rustige ligging, op 7 min van het centrum van Almuñécar en Salobreña en 45 min van Granada, was voor ons ideaal.

Sehr gepflegter Garten, 3 Terrassen und sehr sympathischer Eigentümer, der jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht. Strand zu Fuß erreichbar. Nette und gute Restaurants direkt am Strand. Einer unserer erholsamsten Urlaube bisher.
