Spectacular house in La Molina (Alp) on 2 floors with private garden With WIFI
House located about 1,500 meters high. It is 500 meters from the train station, 5 minutes from the Molina ski station and 10 minutes from the Masella. The capital of Cerdanya is Puigcerdà and it is 15 minutes from La Molina, where you can find all kinds of services, restaurants, shops of all kinds, etc. In winter you can practice activities related to snow and in summer a variety of activities in the countryside or visiting the region.
It is a 2-storey house with covered parking integrated into the house and two outdoor spaces in front of the house. You have very good mobile coverage. Private garden of 100 square meters. One of the double rooms is suite. The dining room is very spacious and comfortable for 8 people.
The whole house will be at your disposal except for a loft in the parking lot and a storage room on the ground floor that will remain closed.
Activities in La Molina

Cable car: The cable car is the benchmark of summer activities. It is the access road to the Bikepark and the ideal path to the highest area of the station, the Niu de l'Àliga refuge. Overcome a slope of 700 m. and allows the panoramic view of the Cerdanya. 8 descents for high and medium level freeriders with 16 kilometers of routes that link the Tosa with the Telecabina car park.
Freestyle and woodpark
Area with circuits of all difficulties, about 300 m long each, made with wooden modules that can be cant, walkways and jumps at different heights, wallrids and dirt jump area.
Chiqui Bikepark Bosquet
Family area located on the Bosquet track, 200 meters long, next to the Telecabina base. It has five different modules, made with wood and very easy to make them accessible to all. They are designed to be accessible also to bicycles for people with disabilities.
Cross-country circuits
For those who like to pedal, we have 27 kilometers in three marked circuits that start at the Telecabina.
Kona bike rental
Kona rental service, with leading MTBs and all the necessary protective equipment and located next to the Telecabina base.
MTB classes: beginner classes or special courses and also offers the possibility of guided descents.
Mountain scooters - Gravity Scooters: Enjoy the mountain with a gravity scooter, they are ideal to start the descent. Easy to get on and off, great stability and easy to drive from the start. Very funny, when you feel more secure you have a better time.

Tubbing: Activity located in the family zone of Bosquet, with a slide through which you can get inside some giant donuts. Fun and very easy. Hours: from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Boats: A boat ride on Lake La Molina is an ideal activity for family practice. The boats have a capacity for four people and the ride lasts about 30 minutes. Users are protected with a life jacket, and a monitor gives instructions for the proper functioning of the boats. Hours: from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

In order to carry out this activity we have a team and appropriate technical material for the coldest waters.
