Wir haben eine sehr saubere Wohnung vorgefunden. Der Ausblick war wunderbar, man konnte sich nur schwer wieder davon trennen. Die Kontaktaufnahme zur Vermittlung und zum Vermieter lief tadellos. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Die Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter vor Ort hat sehr gut geklappt. Auch konnten wir die Poolanlage des Vermieters mit benutzen. Gerade bei der Hitze ein Plus. Die Wohnung selber ist eher dunkel gehalten. Möbel sind teilweise sehr abgenutzt. Sieht man auch an den Wänden. Die Lüftung im Bad sollte dringend gereinigt werden. Fliegengittertüren lagen bei Ankunft auf dem Balkon und konnte nur teilweise eingesetzt werden (kaputte Aufhängung) Traumlage - super Aussicht.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Abseits von Trubel und Stress, kann man hier sogar die Zeit vergessen. Wir haben vor allem die Ruhe sehr genossen. Man hat zeitweise nur den naheliegenden Gebirgsbach und die Vögel zwitschern hören. Die Ferienwohnung ist großzügig, sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, es liegt 1,4 km von der Bushaltestelle entfernt. Aber es sind am Ortseingang kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden, die eine Art Park and Ride ermöglichen. Da jeder Gast während seines Aufenthaltes freie Fahrt mit den Regionalbussen und mit 4 Seilbahnen bekommt ist das von Bedeutung für die Wahl einer Fewo in Alpbach. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, man findet alles, was man braucht. Ein sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.
