「No one cleaned our room, despite two requests - including one to housekeeping who was standing right outside our door as my husband left and promised they’d clean our room next. We called ahead to ask for a rollaway bed, then asked at check-in. Both times we were told the hotel was busy (for different reasons) with no extra beds. When we asked a third staff member, she actually made a request - and there were beds available. It was strange that the first two staff members never even checked....

「The first room we had smelled horribly like mold/ mildew. It was unbearable, so we switched to another room. The second room smelled like someone just smoked a carton of cigarettes in it. I understand it's an old motel, but the rooms were gross and smelled terrible. The rooms looked like the pictures, but the property was not what we expected at all. The chemicals in the pool burned my son's eyes so bad we had to leave right away, still very red and burning today. Such a bummer! I feel like a...

「The room was spacious and clean. There was a large fridge and there was AC, so important in this heat spell. The bathroom is small, the toilet was the smallest you could get in that space and the shower was stained. There was no breakfast. The restaurant is only open 4 days a week, and there is no restaurant open close by for breakfast or lunch. There were no staff on site.」
