"The property itself was in good shape. There were renovations going on across from the office/restaurant building, but it seemed to be fairly tidy, as far as construction goes. There are several buildings belonging to this property and are a little older, but inside our accommodation building the room was exceptionally clean. Beds/pillows were extremely comfortable, which always gets a high ranking by me. The restaurant served amazing food... presentation, portions and taste. Overall, we were impressed with the resort. Within walking distance to town center and most things. I would definitely stay at this resort again."

"Place is beautiful, having tea and biscuit in room was awesome. Loved everything but staff. Front desk was a bit snooty. Said room would be ready. When it wasn’t, we hung out in lobby waiting which seemed to offend them. We went to bar for a bite and no one came out to take our order until we finally went to front desk to ask. Hoping staff issues were just a one off as place is beautiful and very comfy bed."

"Our visit to the Prince of Wales Hotel was amazing. Of course the amazing lake views were my favorite I also loved the old hotel charm. The staff were extremely helpful assisting us with luggage and operating the Manuel elevator. Keep in mind the hotel is nearly 100 years old. The beds were very comfortable. We had dinner in the dinning room and would highly recommend the tomahawk bison ribeye. Enough for 2-3 people and the best we’ve ever experienced. I hope to return someday."

"Great place to call home while visiting the Waterton Lakes NP area. Comfortable seating in the living room, and the memory foam beds did not disappoint. Would definitely consider this property if we come back to the area."
