"A great stay with one hiccup on the rooftop
My wife and I had a really nice stay, and a big part of that was Mike. He was genuinely helpful and went out of his way to make sure we were happy throughout our visit. That kind of personal attention made a real difference.
The one issue we ran into was at the rooftop. Both times we went up, the staff couldn’t find our room number to charge our food and drinks. The front desk showed us as checked in, but the rooftop system never registered our room. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it was frustrating to deal with twice and seems like something that should be fixed so other guests don’t run into the same problem.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would happily come back."
