「Un grand merci à tout le personnel de l’Hôtel YIT Ciudad à Elche, de l’hôtesse d’accueil aux femmes de chambre, pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur professionnalisme. 「Brilliant airport hotel. The service is faultless. From the staff at check in to the staff at the breakfast buffet, they’re all brilliant, nothing is too much of a problem! Valentina is amazing and so is Ruben. I forgot the name of the guy on reception but he was so lovely also. My mum left her coat in the room and they saved it for us. Lovely people. Will definitely return.」
