Villa Hermosa with pool and sea view

Villa Hermosa is a prestigious villa with swimming pool and a view of the blue sea of San Nicola l'Arena, one of the most attractive seaside resorts on the northern coast of Sicily. The Villa is very bright, thanks to the numerous large windows and the four terraces of the house, and very fresh, thanks to the openings on all sides that make it very ventilated. The Villa is very comfortable and welcoming, equipped with all the comforts that will make your holiday unforgettable. The strong point of the villa is the sea view swimming pool, which is very large and has three different seabed levels (shallow for small children, minimum depth 1.5 and maximum 3 meters). The outdoor shower is located near the swimming pool. The swimming pool is surrounded by a terrace, partly covered and partly outdoors, furnished with chaise-longues, sofas and a table with chairs. A large glass door leads to the living room with sofa, TV, table with chairs, fireplace, fully equipped open plan kitchen. Adjacent to the kitchen there is a second terrace with table and chairs and access to the barbecue area and external wood oven, and to the internal garden with children's play area. From the living room on the ground floor there is access to a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and air conditioning, and to another bathroom for common use. The staircase in the living room on the ground floor leads to the lower floor where there is a second large living room with sofas and a pool table, a triple bedroom (double bed and single bed) and a bathroom. The same staircase leads from the living room to the first floor where there is a double bedroom, a triple bedroom (double bed and single bed) with air conditioning, and a bathroom with shower.
The Villa is equipped with Wi-Fi. Indoor parking available for guests.

Tourist tax €1,00 per person per night.
Since 2021 in the area it is started separeted waste. There is a collection point where to throught out your garbage. Please, it is mandatory to respect the collection calendar that will be provided at check in time.
A penalty of €100 could be applied in case of no respect of this rule.
