"We are ten friends and rented three apartments in the building. Everyone was happy! It truly does overlook the castle and is an easy walk into town for restaurants. Nadia was friendly and always available if needed. Just a few things to keep in mind: no elevator to the apartments in the upper three floors, however those apts all have balconies. "We had the honor of staying here at the end of our two week tour. Loretta is fabulous and the breakfast spread is delicious. It was great to meet the horses (be careful the youngest is a little fiesty, if his ears are back don't try and say 'Hi') . We would highly recommend! The only slight downside was the box elder bugs. Maybe some kind of traps could be used, there were quite a few. But, we understand the battle!"

"A friend and I both stayed at Palazzo Scamozzi for 3 days during our first visit to Vicenza. It was conveniently located on the major shopping street reserved for pedestrian traffic and close to many dining choices. Be sure to go off the main drag to find some of these. The people staffing the front desk at the hotel were wonderful - suggesting places to dine and sharing information on walkable attractions. The included breakfast service started with a cheerful Buon Giorno from the staff at the expresso bar and included an option for a made to order plate of eggs and meat in addition to the generous cold buffet selections. I would definitely stay here again and can recommend it to others. "
