  • The holiday apartment "Luxurious Apartment in Altea" is located in Altea in Spain's Alicante region and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The 135 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The apartment also features high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite TV, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine as well as a dryer. Children are allowed and a baby cot and a highchair are also available.

    Your private outdoor area includes an open terrace. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool and a garden, is also available for your use.

Pros: Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und hatte eine gehobene Ausstattung. Es fehlte an nichts. Der Pool war groß, ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und man hatte einen tollen Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge.

De concierge spreekt alĺeen spaans en dat kan wat lastig zijn. Wij hebben 3 weken genoten en raden dit grote appartement zeker aan.

Pros: Eine top Ferienwohnung. Excellent ausgestattet; wie zu Hause und mit vielen Acessoires gemütlich eingerichtet. Super Betten und ebenerdige Duschen. Zum Frühstück leider noch keine Sonne auf der Balkonterrasse, die auch ab etwa 19:00 schattig wird. Bei sommerlichen Temperaturen kann man aber abends lange draußen sitzen (absolut gemütlich). Kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder.

We had a lovely stay at Wim and Martine’s home in Altea. The apartment was incredibly well equipped

Pros: We had a lovely stay at Wim and Martine’s home in Altea. The apartment was incredibly well equipped with everything you could ever want. The design and decor was really tastefully done. The outside area/balcony was great - where you can enjoy the inside outside and where we spent most of our time. The pool and surrounding garden is lovely with views of the pine trees and mountains. The only downside is that being up in the hills, if you want to walk anywhere or in our case run you have to contend with some quite steep slopes on the pavements so you definitely need a car. The nearest restaurants were a 5 minute drive away or 15 minutes to the main Altea area or old town. The Altea beaches were also a 15 drive away - our favourite was Albir. It is a lovely area and a great apartment. Wim was very helpful.

Pros: Beautiful furnished and equipped apartment with good beds, good WLAN, great equipped kitchen with everything you can imagine to use. Parking outside or inside possible. Very calm surrounding. Fantastic terrace! It must be absolutely beautiful in summertime to sit outside in the evening. In December it was too cold for that but a nice breakfast in the sun was also great. The heating with the air conditioning works properly and fast, even with low outside temperatures. Besides the washing maschine also a dryer was available, also a dishwasher and a fully automatic coffee machine with coffee beans and several further small electrical kitchen appliances. Single downside you have to be aware of is that mainly the big terrace door brings in natural light. But due to the lots of different very decent lights and nice illumanation it's no real problem, also in wintertime. We absolutely recommend this apartment and would surely come back! Thanks a lot for this nice "home away", it was really like a home and not just a rental apparment.
