The apartment is located in a modern residential building on the upper floor with 5 other apartments and has a parking space in the underground garage.
The idyllic harbor of Altefähr and the beach promenade are right in front of the front door. Enjoy the sunset and be enchanted by the magnificent view over the Sound and the skyline of Stralsund. Some nice restaurants at the harbor and along the promenade invite you to stroll and feast and in good weather you can sunbathe on the wide sandy beach with the gently sloping water. Children can let off steam in the newly created playground and also for the larger ones there is a beach volleyball court, a sailing and surfing school and adjacent a forest rope park with high ropes course and climbing forest.
In addition to the beautiful village of Altefähr, there are plenty of highlights on the island, such as kilometers of sandy beaches, charming fishing villages, bays, bays, inland lakes and forests. Let the charm of the spa architecture work in the beautiful Baltic Sea baths and take you to the national parks and the famous chalk cliffs. Many further activities are possible, such as boat trips on the Strelasund, bike tours around the island, fishing in numerous areas or guided city walks in Stralsund.
