“Terrible service. Loud noise on ground floor, put us there even though I booked a superior suite three weeks ago indicating I was staying with a young child. The pool is a little more than a bath tub at the back. No room to relax ”

“We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Village for my birthday. Every single staff member was excellent- friendly, courteous and helpful. I can't remember all of their names but do remember Ganesh and Abigail on reception along with Naira and Balakrishna at Chutney. We spoke to the lovely female head chef at Chutney to thank her for the wonderful breakfast buffets - again her name eludes me but she was so sweet and does an excellent job. The food at both breakfast and the restaurants was out of……
