Schöne Unterkunft in toller Umgebung

Wir haben ein paar schöne Tage über Silvester verbracht und haben es sehr genossen. Der Kamin hat eine schöne Stimmung gebracht und die Sauna war eine tolle Ergänzung. Auch das Billiard wurde ausgiebig gespielt und wir hatten viel Spaß. Einzig die Heizung war über die Nacht aus und dem Baby war etwas kalt deswegen. Auch sollten man mit ein paar Spinnen leben können ;-)

tolle Lage

das Objekt ist groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Insgesamt ist das Haus in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad im Erdgeschoss ist sehr schön renoviert. Das Haus hätte etwas sauberer sein dürfen. Auch der Pool war nicht gereinigt.

Gut ausgestattete Unterkunft mit tollem Pool

Die Räume unten im unteren Geschoss waren trotz heißem Wetter angenehm kühl und sind gut vom Rest der Wohnung und vom Garten getrennt, was für die mitgereiste Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern sehr vorteilhaft war. Insgesamt ist das Objekt gut ausgestattet und bietet viel Platz. Den Pool haben wir täglich genutzt.

Sauberkeit- , Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsmängel

Zum einen gab es gerade in der Küche und den Bädern viele verschmutzte Ecken und Schimmel (Gesundheitsgefahr) - kleine Tierchen im unteren Bad. Überall Spinnweben. Um den Pool herum sind lose Platten, wo man sich sehr schnell verletzen kann. Die Platten überdecken einen Teil des Pools und darunter kann weder ein Poolsauger noch ein Mensch diesen Schmutz entfernen. Wir haben die Mängel mit Fotos dem Vermieter mitgeteilt, damit es auch den nachfolgenden Mietern nicht so ergeht wie uns. Es kamen leider haltlose Gegenvorwürfe zurück - sehr schade. Das Haus liegt einer wunderschönen Gegend, die wir auch bei gutem Wetter genießen konnten. Da wir einen Teil des Schmutzes selbst entfernt haben, ließ es sich auch im Haus, was eigentlich ganz hübsch ist aushalten. Darum auch 2 Sterne und nicht nur einer. Vermieter sind freundlich - nur beschweren darf man sich nicht.

Schönes Haus in toller Umgebung

Der Pool ist deutlich kleiner als er auf dem Foto wirkt, aber trotzdem ausreichend und sehr schön. Das Haus war super mit gut ausgestatteter Küche. Die Kommunikation war perfekt, man konnte bei jeder Situation sofort jemanden erreichen. Die Gegend ist atemberaubend schön. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Lovely Villa and pool, set in the hills looking over the mountains.

An excellent Villa, very clean and well looked after. The swimming pool was great, it has a deep part in the middle and is very shallow at one end which would suit paddling toddlers. We are a family of 7 and had loads of space in the Villa. The top floor bedroom can get very hot which wasn't a problem for us as only one of my children was sleeping in there. The facilities all worked perfectly, including the sauna. The views are great and there are many walks and cable car rides close by if you want an easy way up the mountains. The manager Jane was very helpful during the booking process. I would recommend this Villa to anyone wanting a quiet relaxing break. We had a lovely holiday.

Schönes Haus, defekt Sauna

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Ihrem Haus, obwohl es nicht vollkommen Ihrer ausgeschriebenen Ausstattung entsprach und Sie sehr Kundenunfreundlich reagierten. Bedauerlich fanden wir es, dass Sie unseren Beschwerden nicht entgegengekommen sind und behaupten das 12 Leute nicht imstande sind die Sauna zu bedienen. Problematisch war es mit der Sauna, sie funktionierte nicht einwandfrei. Trotz mehrstündigem Vorheizen erreichte sie im Durchschnitt eine Temperatur von 60-70 Grad. Nach kurzer Zeit schaltete sie sich schließlich von alleine ab, sodass wir sie nicht weiter benutzen konnten. Und auch nach unserer Bitte einen Kundigen vorbeizuschicken, ist niemand erschienen, um das Problem zeitnah zu beheben. Außerdem erwähnten Sie weder in Ihrer Ausschreibung noch während unserer Korrespondenz, dass NUR ein sehr geringes Kontingent für die Beheizung der Sauna sowie für den Kamin zur Verfügung steht. Daher mussten wir uns zusätzlich Kaminholz kaufen. Auch stand in Ihrer Ausschreibung, dass Sie uns einen Grill zur Verfügung stellen. Nach unserem Ermessen gehören zu einem Grill auch Grillutensilien, die Ihren Angaben nach in der Grarage eingeschlossen waren. Zusammenfassend wurden Sie Ihren Versprechungen nicht vollkommen gerecht und haben nicht den Aufwand unternommen, die beschriebenen Mängel zeitnah zu beheben. Hätten wir von diesen Mängeln - insbesondere der nicht funktionierenden Sauna - gewusst, so wäre unsere Wahl zu Beginn des vergangenen Jahres definitiv anders ausgefallen.

Quiet and serenity in the mountains

The house is really very spacious, comfortable and well maintained. It's ideal for families with children as the bedrooms have lot of space and two of them are connected. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining room lovely with its ceramic stove. The position is very suggestive and the sorroundings wonderful. There is also a nice Gasthaus that you can easily reach in a ten minutes walk. The owners were very kind to us and we will recommend the property to everyone.
