The hotel is very clean. The staff is very well informed and polite. The spa is fabulous. The breakfast is buffet style with a large assortment of items.The overall appearance and the public rooms are quite elegant. This was my second stay.

Very basic property

Not as it appears, rooms are very basic, small and dated for the price. Parking very awkward. Situated in the middle of a busy little town. Not the country escape we were looking for. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was awesome. The spa, included in the room rate, was fabulous. The location was in the heart of the town, within walking distance of everything.

Hotel sehr gut ausgestattet

Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet. WĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthalts fanden Bauarbeiten im Hotel statt. Man hatte uns darĂŒber einiges vor der Reise informiert. Dennoch waren die Arbeiten so laut, dass am ersten Tag der Aufenthalt im Zimmer sehr unangenehm war. Das Hotel hatte kaum GĂ€ste, das hĂ€tte man sicher besser planen können und uns ein Zimmer weiter weg von den Arbeiten geben können - oder zumindest ein Eintritt ins Hallenbad offerieren.

Curato e comodo!

L'albergo Ăš molto bello e curato. La camera superiore ha un bagno comodo con una doccia moderna. Sono stata 3 notti e l'ho trovata molto bello e rilassante. Merita 4 stelle. Il servizio molto buono sia la pulizia della camera (la signora molto gentile e disponibile) che la reception. Le terme sono molto bellissime, curate, silenziose. Ho un fatto un.massaggio..molto bello. Il ristorante ottimo sia la cucina che il servizio. Una vacanza piacevole.

Ottimo weekend di relax

Weekend di relax a Porretta con anche la fortuna del Festival del Cinema. Struttura sempre ben curata, adesso la zona benessere necessita di qualche interventino qua e lĂ  ma sono sicuro che interverranno presto. Per il resto tutto ottimo come sempre.

Struttura con servizi a livello della categoria, personale al piano alla reception e al ristorante garbato e disponibile. Ottima S.p.A. , roof molto gradevole. Struttura datata ma tenuta benissimo, presenta il fascino old style ma non Ăš per nulla polverosa

Weekend veramente piacevole, a partire dall' hotel, alle terme fino alla spa. Staff molto accogliente e disponibile, pulizia dei locali ottima, camere dotate di tutti i comfort. Lo spazio termale Ăš un' oasi di relax e benessere. Anche il ristorante davvero ottimo. Una menzione particolare per Annamaria, colei che mi ha effettuato i trattamenti: molto preparata, gentile e professionale. Consigliatissimo

Tutto eccellente

Bel hotel con servizio eccellente, la spa Ăš piccola ma tutto funzionante non manca nulla, personale super cordiale, unica pecca che non abbiamo potuto portare nostro cagnolino, capiamo che Ăš per il confort di chi ci sta nel hotel, ho apprezzato moltissimo che non ci fossero bambini anche se ultimo giorno sono arrivati dei caffoni ( adulti ) che pensavano di essere nel acquapark, sfortunatamente trovati nel nostro stesso piano la sera e hanno fatto casino tutta la sera nel corridoio idem nella spa, con urli Ăš maleducazione , per il resto Ăš tutto perfetto

This is nice quaint hotel in a small town located in the hillsides of valencia , its about an hour from.Valencia and an hour from Bologna , very clean, well equipped hotel, comfortable rooms, good service, good breakfast, didnt get to try the spa but I hear its very nice.

Porretta Terme, Relax, buon cibo e si riparte

Era la seconda volta che alloggiavamo nella struttura, alto servizio, ristorante molto buono, Colazione varia e buona, camere nuove e ben tenute come tutta la struttura. anche il comparto termale molto ben strutturato. Ottimo per una fuga di un paio di giorni, rigenerarsi e rilassarsi.

TUTTO QUASI PERFETTO!

Tutto Fantastico, il prezzo vale il servizio offerto! l'unica pecca la attribuirei al riscaldamento nelle camere. venendo da piscine termali quando sali in camera il riscaldamento deve essere un must, invece anche se impostato a velocitĂ  massima e 26 °C ha richiesto piĂč di 2 h per riscaldarsi. implementerei quindi l'impianto di riscaldamento all'interno della camera.

Location non delle migliori rispetto ad altri centri termali in altri zone in Italia. PerĂČ una volta dentro tutto Ăš veramente gestito bene. Perfetta spiegazione dei servizi da parte dello staff, spazi non immensi e comodi da raggiungere, sia l'aerea termale che il bar e le camere, pannelli esplicativi su come utilizzare le varie aeree. E soprattutto pochissimo affollamento che ne fa assaporare la qualitĂ  del relax, pietanze del ristorante ottime, anche se l'attesa Ăš stata lunga.

Overpriced for Average Hotel

Just OK stay at Hotel Helvetia Thermal Spa. For the high price the condition of the hotel was disappointing and certainly not luxurious. The spa is enclosed and sadly nothing special. The hotel itself could use better style. On the positive side the hotel is clean and the staff was excellent and super friendly.

Ottima scelta a Porretta

Ottima struttura, terme gradevolissime. Servizio all'altezza della spesa. Colazione ben fornita, camere confortevoli la macchinetta del caffĂš in camera Ăš una cosa molto apprezzata. Aggiungendo i manubri bilanceri fino a 15 kg si compone una palestra perfettamente in grado di soddisfare tutti coloro che la utilizzano.

fantastic place in Apennin mountains

Hotel Helvetia is the best place to stay in Apennin mountains! It`s situated in the center of Poretta Terme - a very nice and charming little city. All people working in the hotel are extremly friendly and helpful. Food is fantastic. You don`t want to leave this wonderful place!
