For the past several years, some dear friends of mine have hosted "A Day At The Fort." Located near the small town of Hollingsworth, Georgia, many will gather for a day of old time fun and remembrance. Built in 1793 as a fort, it would later become the home of the White family; hence the other named it is known by; "The White House." This year the event will be held on May 28, 2016. This is a photo I made last year. If you are in the area, I encourage you to stop by for a visit. Tell the family, Ronald sent you!!!

We absolutely loved our stay. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the river. It is a short walk to all the restaurants and shops. The keypad entry was nice because we didn’t have to keep up with a key. The bed was comfortable. We hope to stay again soon.
