The room wasn't clean, the tv didn't work. The lady at the desk tried very hard to help but was unsuccessful. Stayed there twice before with no issues a few years ago

Amazing place, amazing people. Saw deer, cats and dogs. Def my spot when I’m spending time in Modoc County. Close to the 4 corners market that has an incredible fresh fruit selection and a decent beef jerkey selection as well.

Sparse towels were as dirty as shop rags. No shampoo or other basics. Toilet paper had about 1/8 of a roll. I didn't even want to take a shower Food scraps were still around the microwave. Manager was not present when I arrived. Air conditioner worked okay and the TV had movie channels. Next time I will NOT stay at this motel. They could have done better.

Very much a budget motel. The first room I was offered had not been made up and looked like someone was living in it. Linens were on a pile on the bed, there was trash on the counters and food in the fridge. Staff was helpful and moved me to a new room upon my report, but indicated the new room was also not ready and asked me to come back in 10m. The new room had been made up, but lacked basic amenities. There were no lights in the room aside from the overhead can lighting. The bathroom lacked towel bars and there was no toilet paper provided. Nor were staff available to provide toilet paper. I had to find the housekeeping room and locate my own. No soap or shampoo was provided. The clock in the room was unplugged and did not lend itself to a clear method for setting the time. There were crumbs and trash on the floor and in the drawers. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable and there was a large TV in the room, with adequate programming.
